JAMB Commences 2024 UTME Exam Slip Reprinting
In a sigh of relief for students across Nigeria, the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has finally released the 2024 UTME exam slips. Starting today, April 10th, candidates can access and print their official exam passes, a crucial step in preparing for the upcoming test.
This document is essential for every UTME test taker. It details your designated test date, time, and location. Having your exam slip readily available ensures a smooth exam day. With this information in hand, you can plan your logistics and arrive at the correct center on time and fully prepared.
JAMB offers two convenient ways to access your exam slip:
- The dedicated JAMB Exam Slip Printing Portal: This online portal allows you to easily obtain your slip. Simply head over to https://slipsprinting.jamb.gov.ng/PrintExaminationSlip and enter your JAMB Registration Number, email address, or phone number used during registration. After submitting your details, click “Print Examination Slip” to view your slip on screen. Double-check the information for accuracy before printing a physical copy or saving a digital version (PDF) for safekeeping.
- The JAMB eFacility Portal: If you’re already familiar with the JAMB eFacility portal, you can use your registered email address and password to log in. Once logged in, navigate through the options and locate the section for printing your exam slip. It might be labelled “Print Main 2024 UTME Exam Slip” or similar wording. Click on this option to view and print or save your exam slip as needed.
While the online portals are the most convenient options, some JAMB CBT centers and cyber cafes may also offer printing services. It’s important to inquire about any fees associated with printing at these locations.
Important Update:
It’s important to note that JAMB issued a statement earlier today, April 10th, 2024, advising candidates to disregard any information about exam slip reprinting circulating on social media. They clarified that while technical crews are working diligently to activate the service, it wasn’t officially available at the time of the statement.
However, some candidates on social media, like @memoirsofugo, have reported successfully reprinting their exam slips earlier today. JAMB recommends waiting for the official launch to avoid any potential issues.
Don’t wait until the last minute! Remember, there’s no limit to how many times you can reprint your exam slip once the service is fully functional. It’s a free service on the JAMB portals, so feel free to print extras to keep a backup or share with a parent or guardian for safekeeping.
The 2024 UTME exams are scheduled to be held between April 19th and 29th. JAMB encourages all registered candidates to print or reprint their exam slips as soon as possible to avoid any last-minute stress and ensure a smooth exam experience.
