This comes after a tweet from Muhammad Bappi (@mu_bappi) highlighted an issue where their registration details remained outdated despite receiving a confirmation message after sending a “QUERY” text.

Bappi’s tweet, which has garnered significant attention, reads: “@JAMBHQ Good day, I have sent the REQUERY text and received the confirmation message, but when I try to purchase a PIN, it still shows my old data.”

JAMB, through its official Twitter handle (@JAMBHQ), has responded by advising Bappi and others facing similar issues to visit their registration centers.
