Qadar is one of the aspects of aqidah. Muslims believe that the divine destiny is when God wrote down in the Preserved Tablet (al-lawh al-mahfooz [ar]) all that has happened and will happen, which will come to pass as written. When referring to the future, Muslims frequently qualify any predictions of what will come to pass with the phrase Insha’Allah, Arabic for “if God willed ” The phrase recognizes that human knowledge of the future is limited, and that all that may or may not come to pass is under the control and knowledge of God.
However, people are not predestined by Allah to enter Hell. Rather, people
will only bear their own sins that they themselves committed with free will and no one will be responsible for another person’s deeds. The Quran holds that no man will be treated unjustly and everything will be judged by Allah.

The Best Way to Study If Your IRS Exam Is Tomorrow

While no one really recommends cramming, sometimes that’s what you have to do. So here are some hints to get you through it:

  1. Pick the most important subjects in your study material.
  2. Look over your lecture notes, or someone else’s if you don’t have any, and see what the lecturer focused on. Concentrate your cramming on these broad areas. You don’t have time to learn specifics.
  3. The key to cramming is memorization, so it only works for “knowledge” questions. Focus on material that can be memorized.
  4. Spend 25% of your time cramming and 75% drilling yourself. Recite and repeat the information.
  5. Relax: being upset at yourself for not studying earlier won’t help and may hurt your performance in the class
  6. Remember how you felt while studying and while writing the exam and plan to study earlier next time!

Hints

  • Be realistic. No one can study for 8 hours a day
  • Make sure you get plenty of food and sleep
  • Try to study in a quiet place
  • Rewrite your notes. It can help you retain information
  • Read your notes out loud

Talaq refers to the husband’s right to dissolve the marriage by simply announcing to his wife that he repudiates her.

(5b)
(i)Talaq ahsan
(ii)Talaq Hasan
(iii)Talaq Biddat

(i)Talaq-e-Ahsan: is the most ideal way of dissolving a marriage. ‘Ahsan’ means best or most proper. Under Talaq-e-Ahsan, the husband must pronounce divorce in a single sentence when the wife is in a state of ‘purity’, that is menstruating. The wife has to observe a period of iddat, a period of waiting and abstinence, after talaq is pronounced.

(ii)TalaqHasan: is a ‘proper’ way to divorce but not as good as Ahsan, the husband pronounces talaq three times spread over three monthly courses. After the first pronouncement of divorce, if there is resumption of cohabitation within a period of one month, the pronouncement of divorce is treated as having been revoked.

(iii)Talaq -biddat: which was banned by the Supreme Court in August, is considered undesirable and a ‘sinful’ in Islam, yet considered valid under Sharia law. This kind of instant divorce is not the norm within Islam, but a rarity. Biddat means sinful innovation this form was introduced by Ommeyad kings in order to circumvent the law

Abu Bakr Muhammad Ibn Zakariya Al Razi was born in Al Rayy, a town on the southern slopes of El Burz mountains near present-day Tehran. His early interests were in music. He then started studying alchemy and philosophy. At the age of thirty, he stopped his work and experiments in alchemy due to eye irritation by chemical compounds he was exposed to. Among his discoveries in alchemy, he is credited with the discovery of sulfuric acid and ethanol. His teacher in medicine was Ali Ibn Sahl Rabban al-Tabari, a physician and philosopher born to a Jewish family in Merv, Tabaristan of modern today Iran. Ibn Rabban converted to Islam during the rule of the Abbasid Caliph Al-Mu’tasim who took him into the service of the court, in which he continued under the Caliph Al-Mutawakkil. Al- Razi studied medicine and probably also philosophy with Ibn Rabban. Therefore, his interest in spiritual philosophy can be traced to this master. Al Razi quickly surpassed his teacher, and became a famous physician. He was appointed as director of the hospital of his hometown Al Rayy during the reign of Mansur Ibn Ishaq Ibn Ahmad Ibn Asad of the Samanian dynasty. Al Razi’s fame reached to the capital of the Abbasids. He was called upon by Caliph Al Muktafi to be the chief director of the largest hospital in Baghdad. Al Razi is attributed with a remarkable method for selecting the site of a new hospital. When the Chief Minister of Al Muktafi, named Adhud Al Daullah, requested him to build a new hospital, he had pieces of fresh meat placed in various areas of Baghdad. A few days later, he checked the pieces, and he selected the area where the least rotten piece was found, stating that the “air” was cleaner and healthier there.

3B Lessons
This Hadith states that a believer should avoid things that are of no concern to him. They are of no benefit to this life nor to the hereafter, in terms of belief, speech or actions. In justifying this point, the Maliki jurist Imam Ibn Al-Arabi said that a person is not able to take care of all the necessary matters, why would he then get involved in the unnecessary matters that are of no real concern.

6D) The Hijra is the migration of Muhammad and his followers from Mecca to Medina, 320 kilometers (200 miles) north, in 622 CE. Muhammad instructed his followers to emigrate to Medina until nearly all of them left Mecca. According to tradition, the Meccans, alarmed at the departure, plotted to assassinate Muhammad. In June 622, when he was warned of the plot, Muhammad slipped out of Mecca with his companion, Abu Bakr.

On the night of his departure, Muhammad’s house was besieged by the appointed men of Quraysh. It is said that when Muhammad emerged from his house, he recited the a verse from the Quran and threw a handful of dust in the direction of the besiegers, which prevented them seeing him. When the Quraysh learned of Muhammad’s escape, they announced a large reward for bringing him back to them, alive or dead, and pursuers scattered in all directions. After eight days’ journey, Muhammad entered the outskirts of Medina, but did not enter the city directly. He stopped at a place called Quba, some miles from the main city, and established a mosque there. After a fourteen-days stay at Quba, Muhammad started for Medina, participating in his first Friday prayer on the way, and upon reaching the city was greeted cordially by its people.
